~Episode Summaries~

Well, ya made it this far. Might as well tell you about some of the episodes, right??? But if you've read my "condensed" version of the Manga, you'd probably be expecting....a condensed version of the anime, right??? Well, you were partially correct. It depends on my mood...hmm.....well, if there is anything ABSOLUTELY interesting....no.....Okay, sure. I'll give you a few good summaries to start you off.

1.)The Girl Who Travelled Through Time and the Boy Who Was Sealled Away :

Okay... Viz bugs me sometimes... I am entirely grateful that they translate the Anime and the Manga for english speakers... but I wish they would get the names of the Episodes right. "The Girl Who Overcame Time and the Boy that was Just Overcome" sounds really really strange. Anyway. Self Explanitory. Starts out with Inuyasha being sealled to the Go-Shinboku Tree (the God Tree or Tree of Ages or Really Damn Old Tree...just kidding...) with the Priestess Kikyo's arrow, and Kikyo dying, taking the Shikon no Tama to her Funeral Peir while she was cremated. Over 300 years pass, and we see Kagome Higarushi. She is a typical young girl from Japan. She has a mom, grandpa, a little brother, a mummifyed Kappa hand (I knew that would wake you up), an old shrine, a bone-eaters well, a cat named Buyo, and a bejeweled appendix (the one in your stomach, not the back of a book...). She falls into the well when a demon called Mistress Centipede pulls her in. Kagome then uses some sort of "force" trick and blasts the Centipede Woman away, while disconnecting all four of the centipede arms. Kagome climbs out of the well to see.......TOKYO DESTROYED AGAIN!!! NOOOOOOO!!!!! Just kiddin... really she sees no Tokyo at all. Only a forest (how can that be??? A forest in the Modern era???). So, she decides she's going to find the Go-Shinboku tree because "she can always find her way home from there" (She better, because the damn tree is right next to her house...) But instead of seeing a house... she finds a boy cloaked in a red kimono, with long white shining hair.... and a gorgeous face....and plushy little dog ears on his HEAD???? What the heck?? So Kagome decides she needs to go up to him and touch them. The famous Tweak tweak noise is BORN!!! HAHAHAHAH!!!! Okay... a whole mess of arrows fly and almost hit Kagome. Then, she is tied up and taken to the Villiage, where Kikyo's little Sister (man, did 60 years turn her into a hag...) recognizes Kagome's features and declares that Kagome is Kikyo's reincarnation!!!!!!! The old priestess tries to explain stuff to Kagome, but the centipede woman returns and kills a horse (man, did that make a friend of mine squirm!). Kagome then says she's gonna run like hell towards some glowing light because it is really the search light annoncing the arrival of Inuyasha Plushies!!!! (okay...fine....it isn't..... it's just Inuyasha's Demonic Aura...). She leads the Centipede Woman away towards the forest. MEANWHILE..... INUYASHA WAKES UP!!!!!!! Then he says he senses the scent of the woman who killed him (Kagome). But since the arrow is stubborn and purified, he can't take it out of his chest. Kagome arrives, and Inuyasha mocks her right off the bat. Then the centipede woman tears out the.... SHIKON NO TAMA???? out of Kagome's body (no, it's my jewelled appendix! Really, wouldn't that thing show up in X-rays and stuff???). Anyway, Kagome gets tied up with the centipede's body against Inuyasha (EEK!!!). Inuyasha then smoothly asks if she would take the arrow out. She falls for it and takes the arrow out...(okay, it's more phenominal than how I'm explaining it to you but I'm tired and this is one damn long summary) AND THEN HE KICKS THE CENTIPEDE'S A** !!!!! It's probably one of the fastest battles of Inuyasha vs some sort of youkai. I mean... his laughing session lasted longer than the battle. Oh, then Kagome takes the jewel out of the youkai's body before it can regenerate, and then... OH NO!!! INUYASHA IS REALLY A BAD GUY?????? NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!

2.) Those Who Seek The Jewel Of Four Souls:

Okay, that was really long and hard to type... Okay, making this one shorter.... Inuyasha demands the jewel of four souls. Kagome won't give it to him (MINE!! ITS MY PRECIOUS!!!!). Inuyasha tries to "kill her" (spoiler: He tries to convince her later on that he wasn't trying to kill her, just scare her...sure Inu...whatever). Keade takes out a Rosary of Subduing and "throws" it around his neck. Then she tells Kagome to use a word to subdue his soul. Kagome can't think of anything, so she says "SIT!!!" (or Oswari, whatever floats your boat). IT WORKS!!! WOW!!! And Inuyasha falls into a river after breaking a bridge when Kagome says Sit. So Inuyasha decides to sulk, and wait for the jewel. (sure... if you be good, maybe just maybe they'd give in, call you a cute little doggy, and give you the jewel to play with...). A crow demon decides to steal the jewel in the guise of a warrior-bandit-person. Kagome is kidnapped by a gang of warriors, and thats when the crow demon tries to kill her and take the jewel. Inuyasha arrives just in time to stop the blade that the dead guy thing was swinging. He then exposes the crow demon and punches it out. Kagome then tells Inuyasha that she made a mistake....SHE THREW THE DAMN JEWEL OUTSIDE!!!! (Inuyasha is now kicking himself by not going and looking around outside first before going in the house-shrine-thing.) The crow demon has it now, and so Inuyasha gives Kagome a bow and arrows and tells her to shoot the crow because "Kikyo was an expert marksman." (or markswoman...archer! There.) But since Kagome hates being called Kikyo, she screws up while shooting the arrow and misses the crow entirely (Also saying she is really really bad at shooting a arrow...I don't think it was her being mad at being called Kikyo that messed up her accuracy...). Then a little kid is caught by the crow, and Kagome jumps off Inuyasha's back (man, that sounds odd...) and saves the kid by causing them both to fall from very high in the air. Luckily, Kagome saves the kid, and then relized that the crow's foot was disconnected from the rest of the body. And because the Jewel allows demons to regenerate, the foot will return to the crow. So Kagome ties the foot to an arrow and shoots it. And OMG!!! IT HITS AND KILLS THE CROW!!!! WOW!!!! (she cheated though. No points for you Kagome). But, There is a giant flash, and many many many little lights go zooming out to different corners of Japan. That can't be good... So Kagome and Inuyasha go looking for the Shikon no Tama and find the Crow demon's head. Inuyasha kills it... but a little shiny sliver of something falls out of it. Kagome picks it up... and guess what it is??? THE SHIKON NO KAKERA!!!! Kagome had shattered the jewel by accident!!! Now Inuyasha is pissed, Kaede says they have to work together during over 200 episodes to find all the Shikon Shards, and now Demon after demon after demon are going to find every single shard of the damn jewel and it's all Kagome's fault!!!!
