Fighting Game for PS1
This game is a Fighting Game, and it's pretty good in my opinion. Now keep in mind that I am a biased person, since I like Inuyasha so much. So this was one of my first PS1 games, and I liked it a lot. I mean, for a ps1 game, it had the graphics you'd expect. Pretty gritty, but they aren't ugly or anything. They work for the genre. The game is pretty fun. You can choose if you wanna be in story mode, verses, tag team verses, or even minigames. In Story mode, you go through Feudal Japan battling other characters, good and bad, and also play mini games to collect shards of the Shikon Jewel. The more shards you get as one character, the more closer you get to unlocking other characters. You start out with only Inuyasha and Kagome. If you gather the shards required for Inuyasha for example, you can unlock a new character like Sango or Koga or something. Also, they have "secret characters"..........
This game is fun, and it has English subtitles and Japanese voiceovers. I like it a lot. I suggest it for when you are bored and wanna beat the crap out of something.
*PSSSSTTT* I have a tip for you! 1.) Wanna get Demon Inuyasha and Toutousai??? Well, after you get all of the characters from Story Mode, you'll get told to beat all your high scores in the Mini Game Mode (found in the Backpack). Toutousai will show up. Then, you'll be told to collect all the shards required for Toutousai in Story Mode. Do that, and Demon Inuyasha will be available! Unfortunately, you cannot use D.I. in Story Mode, but you can use him for everything else!Inuyasha and the Curse of the Mask
RPG for PS2
THIS IS AN AWESOME GAME!!!! Despite what gamers say, this is a wonderful game for Inuyasha fans. Okay, it can be a little slow for non-Inu fans *GASP!!!! NEVER!!!*, but I love it! It's an RPG (role playing game), and you can choose if you wanna be a girl or a boy (I of course, chose the girl). You fall through a hole in a storehouse, and end up in the Feudal Ages. After some intensive freaking out, you are found by Inuyasha!!! *^^* this gave me shivers all over!!! You get to meet up with everyone all through the game, with authentic voiceovers and stuff.
You also get over 20 minutes of anime footage through the game that was specially made for the game. PLUS! During certain intervals through the game, you get to hang out with one of the Inu-tachi of your choice!!! You get to fight against demons with powers and weapons, and you get to fight against baddies such as Kagura, Kanna, and Naraku. And for Sesshy fans out there, yes, you get to team up with Sesshomaru for a bit in the game.
I love this game because you can replay the game several times, and it will have something new each time. It was really worth the money. I still play this game. I may make a walkthrough....I'm thinking about it...
*PPPPSSST!!!* Down here! I've got tips for this game!!!
1.) This game has more than one character ending... depending on who you spend the most time with in the game (ex. I hung out with Inuyasha and I got the inuyasha ending). But if you want the Sesshomaru ending, just say 'no' whenever they ask if you want to rest or not. And then do all the events with the "?" on the map that involve Sesshomaru (ex: Field of Innocence). When you have no say in whether or not to rest somewhere, spend time with a different character each time. Finally, when you finish, you will get the Sesshomaru Ending! 2.) When you finish a game and want to start over, create a new file with the character you want. After you go to Kaede's village, you'll find in the area with a house and a tree a Memory Cat. Talk to it, and it'll give you all the experience points you earned from the completed file! That includes HP, MP, and Attacks!! Sadly...it doesn't include items...but still, all the beginning demons will be a snap after that! 3.) Okay...remember what I said about the ending? There is also another event that involves how much time you spend with the characters. Now, I played the girl when I went through, and I hung out with Inuyasha the whole time. When you arrive in a villiage called...It's outside of Botan Villiage... It's got A LOT of flowers though...that's all I remember about the village... Anyway! You'll be looking for an Inn, and if you hang out with Inuyasha (I have not done this with Miroku...so I don't know if it works for him as well and I was a girl, so it's reverse for the boy...I think), you'll witness a whole bunch of people talking about love and stuff. Anyway...you'll start realizing that YOU'RE in love with Inuyasha! But when you see that Kagome and Inuyasha are meant for eachother, you run off in tears. But then you run into Inuyasha, and a romantic part will occur! *^^* I won't ruin it anymore for you. 4.) On the Start the Game menu, there will be an Extras section. There, you can veiw all the images and movies from the game that you unlocked!! Cool, huh?||Credits||
